Terms and Conditions
of K-My PVD



KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT (KAsset) has provided K-My PVD (the Services) to serve our Provident Fund members under KAsset management (User). The following terms and conditions of usage must be complied with:

1. KAsset reserves the right to offer or cancel services, or alter any terms or conditions stated herein as KAsset deems appropriate, as well as the right to terminate the Service wholly or in part, or suspend providing the Service to any User at any time without prior notice.

2. In order to use a username and password to access the service, the user must maintain the username and password and keep it confidential for security reason. The user agrees and accepts the obligations for any transactions that occur under the user’s username and password which includes accepting risks and responsibilities for actions or damages occurring under the user’s username and password. In addition, the user acknowledges and agrees to authorize the company to access, compile, use, and/or disclose the user’s information provided to or held by the system for the purpose of service offering and/or service improvement.

3. Access the service via internet or any electronics channels may have technical errors or shortcomings and may contain risks involving third party data access or disclosures. User accepts these risks and agrees not to ask for any compensation from KAsset if such the errors or those risks might occur.

4. If the information shown in this Services is not the same as information recorded with the Registrar due to system errors, the information kept at the Registrar will be deemed the true and correct version.
Furthermore, if user wants to use the information on this service for official or legal references user will have to confirm the correct information from the Provident Fund committees or KAsset or Data reported obtained from KAsset as the case may be.

5. If user wishes to modify data or request actions that affect the Service as specified in this agreement, the modification will be effective only after KAsset receives complete information. KAsset may ask user for additional documents or information as needed.

6. The transactions created under this Service will comply with other related terms and conditions i.e. Legal, Fund policy, Fund committee’s announcement, agreement between provident fund and KAsset, etc.

7. The information contained in this service has been retrieved by KAsset in good faith and is assumed to be correct at the time of publication, but KAsset, its management and its employees do not provide any guarantee of its accuracy, completeness or trustworthiness. Any error may be incurred from the original information or other courses. Similarly, any information included in the service should be utilized with discretion or verified with information from other sources.

8. KAsset reserves the right to amend, modify or change any information on this service without prior notice.

9. KAsset, its management and its employees reserve the right not to take any responsibility for any damage occurring to the data and/or the communication system of visitors or members as a result of their access to this service.

10. KAsset reserves the right to any information provided on this service. Unless authorized by KAsset, publicizing, referencing, duplicating, or amending all or part of the said information is prohibited. KAsset, its management and its employees reserve the right not to take any responsibility for any damage in case that any report, content, data, text or media on this service is changed or modified by any person, whether intentionally or not, or without our due authorization, and subsequently disseminated, whether specifically or generally, in such a way that may cause misunderstanding or damage to the property or reputation of another company or person. To amend or modify any report, content, data, text and media on this service by whatever means, whether intentionally or not, or without our prior authorization, in a way which results in damage to the property or reputation of another company or person, is an unlawful act. Aside from civil liability for compensation, the person committing such an act may be subject to criminal punishment.

11. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected and shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
